ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT & SERVICE!! Please read all information and watch additional videos linked in the product description before purchase. Please be 100% confident when ordering. I will be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you have before purchase on my CONTACT page.

Exchanges

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN WE AM IN FAULT OF SENDING AN INCORRECT ITEM. "Incorrect items" are defined as sending the wrong lengths, texture, or cap style (sending a glueless lace wig when you ordered a handmade unit). Buyer’s remorse does not apply! So please be 100% confident before purchasing!

You have 3 days after receiving your items to contact us with any purchase discrepancies on my behalf (incorrect wig or hair extension pattern). All items sent in error must be returned within 5 business days completely unaltered and with original packaging (gifts included). Exchanges must be sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH TRACKING. I will gladly reimburse you all shipping and exchange fees due to OUR error. All returns and exchanges are NULL & VOID after 5 days.
