PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All options are safe and secure.  

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next day (excluding holidays, pending availability and credit verification). All orders placed Friday - Sunday will begin processing the next business day (Mon).  If Monday is a holiday, your order will begin processing Tuesday etc. We will contact you with a follow-up email additional identification is needed for credit verification. No APO & P.O. Boxes! Your billing and shipping address must match! We only ship to verified addresses only!  NO changes allowed. Your order will be immediately refunded!

PLEASE NOTE: ALL FIRST TIME ORDERS & HIGH TICKETED ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH RESTRICTED DELIVERY.  Restricted Delivery is different from 'standard signature confirmation'; only the buyer can sign for your package.  So please make sure you are using your current residing billing & shipping address at checkout.  The policy states that USPS should not permit relatives, friends, leasing agents to sign off.   After the first attempt, USPS will hold your package at your local post office. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience, but this policy was put in place to reduce the risk of fraud, lost and theft.

WIGS 

Premade/Handmade Wigs are on-hand and readily available. Excluding the weekend, 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS are needed to cowash, prep, package and ship your unit. If we have a light workload, your order will ship sooner.

Custom wigs orders are accepted. These service usually require 3-4 weeks for completion.

'WIG SALES'

High volume 'Wig Sales' require an extended processing time.  Excluding the weekend, 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS are needed to cowash, prep, package and ship your unit.  I CAN NOT EXPEDITE SHIPPING AT THIS TIME..SO PLEASE BE PATIENT :)

HAIR BUNDLES & CLOSURES 

Steamed process coily/curly textures and raw SEA textures require 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (ROUGHLY 2-3 WEEKS) to process.  This time includes ordering, steam-processing your specified texture, international transit, inspecting, washing, packaging and shipping your order.  Some orders will process much quicker, while others may need an additional few days. If needed, we will update you via email about your order.  Please plan accordingly and contact me beforehand at unkemptkurls@gmail.com for a more accurate estimation.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation from Shopify once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

 DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. As of MAY 2017, all packages are insured and will require a signature confirmation from the buyer.  (Yes, the buyer.  I apologize for the inconvenience, but fraud is real and will put a small business..."Out of Business" with enough hits).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct BEFORE checkout.  UnKempt Kurls is not responsible for any returns, losses or damages during shipment. If your order is returned, you are responsible for the shipping fee (with insurance and tracking) back to you.  Please consult your local post office for further assistance with lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Canada Only ($25); Fedex Ground; Direct Signature Confirmation; Custom delays can happen and the buyer is responsible for all custom fees.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT & SERVICE!! NO REFUNDS!! Please read all information and watch additional videos linked in the product description before purchase. Please be 100% confident when ordering. I will be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you have BEFORE purchase.  

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN WE ARE IN FAULT OF SENDING AN INCORRECT ITEM. Buyer’s remorse does not apply. So please be 100% confident BEFORE purchasing.

You have 3 days after receiving your items to contact me with any purchase discrepancies on my behalf (incorrect wig or hair extension pattern).  All items sent in error must be returned within 5 business days unaltered and with original packaging. I will reimburse shipping and exchange fees within reason.  I recommend USPS Priority 2-Day mail with tracking. All returns and exchanges are NULL & VOID after 5 days. 

All wigs are constructed on a breathable, stretchable, mesh, dome-style cap. This cap is often referred to a "Japanese Swim Cap", but with mesh holes. Wig combs are added.

To ensure the best fit, please use a measuring tape to determine your head circumference.  Additional information is found on our "Size Guide" page.

Premade/Handmade wigs are added to the website as they are completed. Updates are given on Instagram, Facebook, and through email newsletter.  Most textures are made-to-order, therefore, inventory varies per week. Rather than wait on a restock, it is always best to order a custom wig in your desired texture, cap size and density.  Please email for details and to pay your 50% deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: Top sellers (4AB Kinks, Corkscrew Coily, & Afro Curly) usually sell out very quickly.
